Susannah Friemel, M.D.
Dr. Friemel earned her medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and her fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology.
She is affiliated with the following hospitals: Genesis Medical Center, UnityPoint and Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA).

Gayle Wallace, A.R.N.P.
Gayle is an undergraduate of Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in Kentucky with a certification as a nurse midwife. She did undergraduate work at St. Francis College of Nursing in Peoria graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Gayle also has a Master’s degree in Nursing from the Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
In over 40 years in healthcare, Gayle has been passionate about medicine that encompasses the physicial, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of the patient. She believes this is only possible if the care is patient-centered and holistic with focus on identifiying and addressing the root causes of health issues. As a Certified Nurse Midwife, she has provided care for women in the Quad Cities at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics OBGYN. Her position at ICS will give her an opportunity to work collaboratively with patients and their care providers to create personalized treatment plans.
Tami Sheldon, A.R.N.P.
Tami attended Illinois State University where she completed a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Fitness. She finished additional education at Chamberlain University graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. After working as a registered nurse in obstetrics, family planning and open-heart surgery, Tami pursued a master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and is a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
As a nurse practitioner, she has provided care for women in a community health care setting here in the Quad Cities. She also has experience working in pain management, but her passion has always been for women’s health.
